Child Eligibility & Health

  • For children age 6 months to 10 years old only.

  • Children must be in good health — no flu, cough, fever, or signs of contagious illness.

  • We do not accept children with special needs at this time, as we are not equipped for one-on-one or specialized care.

  • Each booking includes supervision for 1 child only.


Supervision & Parent Responsibility

  • Children will be supervised by trained staff upstairs in our Playzone while mothers receive treatment downstairs.

  • Children must be picked up immediately after the treatment ends. They cannot remain at the spa beyond the session.

  • A CCTV live view is available (view-only).

  • Staff will notify parents via WhatsApp if any urgent attention is needed.


Privacy & Conduct

  • Parents are not allowed to record or take photos of other children.

  • Sharing or posting any footage or photos that contain other guests or their children is strictly prohibited.

  • Any child who displays harmful or aggressive behavior may be removed from the group for safety reasons.


Booking, Payment, Cancellation and Refund

  • Full payment is required to confirm your slot.

  • Each booking includes supervision for one (1) child. Additional children are charged separately.

  • Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel.


Cancellation Terms:

  • RM60 cancellation fee will be deducted if you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice.

  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows.

  • In the rare event our nanny is unavailable, we will attempt to assign a replacement. If none is available, a full refund will be provided.

  • All refunds are subject to an 8% admin and processing fee, which covers transaction and service handling costs.


Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed with more than 24 hours' notice, subject to a RM25 admin fee.

  • Treatment durations can be shortened, but pricing remains the same.

  • Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional childcare and treatment charges.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted, unless due to:

    • Illness, COVID-19, influenza, or bereavement — with valid documentation.

    • If a guest cancels after a reschedule has already been granted, the full amount will be forfeited.


Arrival Time
a. Arrive 5-10 minutes early for check-in.
b. Arriving over 10 minutes late may lead to rescheduling or full fees incurred for shortened treatment time, to avoid delaying subsequent customers.


By visiting Zen Alchemy Spa and receiving any treatment, you acknowledge and accept all company policies and agree not to hold Zen Alchemy Spa, its employees, or affiliates liable for any claims, damages, or losses.
