Zen Alchemy's Spa Etiquette

To ensure a relaxing and pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following spa etiquette:

Arrival Time

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms and enjoy a moment of relaxation before your session.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid inconvenience to the next guest.

Children & Guests

  • Children under the age of 10 are not permitted within the spa, except for those enrolled in our Zen Nest Club with on-site childcare (currently available at our Petaling Jaya Branch)

  • Guests are not allowed to leave their child unattended in the premises while receiving treatments.

  • We appreciate your understanding in maintaining a serene environment for all visitors.

Mobile Devices & Noise Level

  • To ensure a tranquil atmosphere, we kindly request that all mobile devices be silenced or switched off upon entering the spa.

  • Please speak softly in all areas of the spa to maintain a peaceful environment for other guests.

Guest Conduct & Respect for Staff

  • We are committed to providing a welcoming and professional environment for all guests. Kindness and respect towards our staff and other guests are expected at all times.

  • Rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. This includes shouting, using offensive language, making inappropriate comments, or behaving in a way that makes our staff feel uncomfortable.

  • Zen Alchemy Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behavior. Guests who fail to follow this policy may be asked to leave without a refund.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

  • We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Guests are encouraged to shower before treatments to enhance their spa experience.

  • If you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and other guests.

Attire

  • Disposable undergarments are provided for treatments where necessary. Guests are welcome to wear their own comfortable attire.

  • Our therapists are trained to respect your privacy and provide professional draping throughout the treatment.

Personal Belongings

  • Zen Alchemy Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep all valuables with you at all times.

Feedback & Concerns

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please inform your therapist immediately or speak with the spa manager.

Damage & Soiling Fee

  • Clients are kindly requested to treat our facilities and linens with care. In the event of any damage or soiling of spa property—including, but not limited to, staining from bodily fluids such as urine—a cleaning and replacement fee of RM100-500 (depending on severity) will be imposed. This fee covers the cost of professional cleaning or replacement of affected items.
