Terms & Conditions

Child eligibility & health
- For children aged 6 months to 10 years only.
- Children must be free from fever, cough, flu, or any contagious illness.
- We are currently unable to accommodate children requiring one-on-one or specialised care.
Supervision & parent responsibility
- Children will be supervised by trained staff in the playroom while parents attend treatments.
- Children must be collected immediately after the treatment session ends.
- CCTV live viewing is available for monitoring purposes only.
- Parents will be contacted via WhatsApp if urgent attention is required.
Privacy & conduct
- Photography or recording of other children is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing any images or footage containing other guests or their children is not permitted.
- Children displaying aggressive or unsafe behaviour may be removed from the group for safety reasons.
Booking, payment & refunds
- Full payment is required to secure a booking.
- Each booking includes supervision for one child; additional children are charged separately.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- A RM60 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows.
- If no replacement nanny is available due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
- Approved refunds are subject to an 8% administrative and processing fee.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice is permitted, subject to a RM25 administrative fee.
- Requests made within 24 hours are only permitted for illness, influenza, COVID-19, or bereavement with supporting documentation.
- Treatment durations may be shortened without a change in price.
- Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- If a booking is cancelled after a reschedule has already been granted, the full amount will be forfeited.
Arrival policy
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.
- Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened treatment time, rescheduling, or applicable fees.
