Terms & Conditions
Please review the membership terms below.
Session allocation
- Sessions may be used for eligible services within your membership tier.
- Unused sessions cannot be carried forward after expiry or renewal.
Service redemption
- Silver: Redeem services up to 60 minutes per session.
- Gold & Platinum: Redeem services up to 90 minutes per session.
- Inner Flow Renewal is available exclusively to Platinum members.
- Sessions cannot be used for packages, promotions, or other discounts.
- One session is deducted per service redeemed, regardless of service duration.
Bookings & cancellations
- All prices are subject to an 8% SST.
- Advance booking is required and subject to availability.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a session deduction.
Shareable access (Gold & Platinum)
- Sessions may be shared with family or friends.
- Members must provide beneficiaries’ name and email address for them to book a session online.
- Guests must provide the member's name and mobile number.
- Verification will be sent to the registered member before redemption.
Membership terms
- Memberships are non-transferable.
- Memberships cannot be cancelled before expiry.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.

- Zen Alchemy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
- Members will be informed of any significant changes.
- Members are expected to comply with all spa policies.
