How many treatments can we accommodate?
- Each therapist can provide up to 6 “Daily Grind Refresh” sessions within 2 hours.
- The number of therapists can be scaled according to your event size.
Can staff choose their preferred treatment?
- Yes. Staff will receive a pre-event booking form to select their preferred treatment and time slot.
- This helps ensure a smooth and personalized experience.
What setup is required?
- Our team requires access to the venue 1 hour before the event for preparation.
- A small space for massage chairs is required.
- Allowance for lighting, calming music, and décor helps create the full Zen Alchemy ambience.
Do you provide male therapists?
- Yes, male therapists can be arranged upon request.
- Therapist arrangements can be made according to staff preferences and comfort.
What are the payment terms?
- A 50% deposit is required to secure and confirm the event date.
- The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event.
What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
What are your operating hours?
- Corporate Mobile Spa services operate between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Events outside these hours will incur an early or late-hour surcharge.
Where is Corporate Mobile Spa available?
- Services are available within the Klang Valley.
- Additional transportation and parking fees may apply
