About the role

We are looking for a reliable and organized HR, Finance & Admin Executive to support the daily operations of the company. This role combines HR coordination, finance administration, payroll, reporting, and general business operations.

Working hours:

5 days a week (weekdays) | 10 AM - 7 PM


Working mode:

Hybrid, minimum 1 day in office


Probation Period:

3-6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, staff records, leave tracking, and payroll

  • Support employee coordination, internal communication, and general HR administration

  • Handle visa applications and renewals for foreign staff when required

  • Track daily sales, payments, expenses, and financial records

  • Prepare simple monthly financial summaries and reports for management

  • Manage invoicing, payment tracking, reimbursements, and basic bookkeeping

  • Coordinate with banks, authorities, tax agents, or external parties when needed

  • Maintain organized documentation, inventory records, and company files

  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks assigned by management


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and finance roles, preferably in the hospitality or spa industry.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and financial principles.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and accounting software such as Bukku & Infotech.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in financial reporting and HR documentation.

  • Time Management: Efficiently manages time to meet deadlines and handle urgent issues.

  • Team Collaboration: Works well with colleagues across various departments to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource, Finance, Business or related field.

  • Able to communicate in Malay and English.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to stay dedicated and committed while working independently.
