About the role

We are looking for a caring, professional, and adaptable individual to join our spa team as a Childcare Nanny & Spa Assistant. This unique role combines childcare services for our clients’ children with front desk and operational support, ensuring smooth spa operations and an exceptional customer experience.

6 days per week (Shift)


Responsibilities:


Core Childcare Role (Main Responsibility)

  • Supervise children for clients who bring them along (play, engage, ensure safety).

  • Set up a small kids’ corner (coloring, quiet toys, books, sensory activities).

  • Manage routines (feeding, diaper changing, naps if applicable).

  • Offer parents peace of mind so they can fully enjoy spa services


Customer Experience Support

  • Act as a "Zen Nest Club" concierge.

  • Greet families with children, make them feel comfortable.

  • Provide updates to parents during treatments (via WhatsApp or receptionist).

  • Assist with light refreshments for both parents and children.

  • Help create a family-friendly image for the spa.


Operational Support (When no children are around)

  • Housekeeping support: help tidy up waiting areas, kids’ zone, or therapy rooms and bathrooms.

  • Frontdesk tasks: Greet clients warmly and guide them to waiting or treatment areas., Answer WhatsApp Business and Fresha inquiries (basic FAQs, appointment confirmations, reschedules), manage walk-ins: explain services, hand out brochures, and guide to promotions. Support the check-in/check-out process. Collect feedback forms or casually ask about client satisfaction.

  • Laundry prep: folding towels, arranging spa sheets, helping with small loads if your team already handles it.

  • Inventory support: helping to restock oils, wipes, or refreshments.

  • Spa ambience: lighting candles, refreshing flowers, and keeping the reception welcoming.

  • Participate in content creation

  • Collect feedback from parents about childcare and overall experience.

  • Assist in hosting family-friendly events.


Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.

  • Childcare/early childhood certification preferred (not mandatory).

  • First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.

  • Prior experience as a nanny, babysitter, childcare provider, or therapist with childcare exposure.

  • Basic understanding of stock management or customer service recovery is a bonus

  • Strong interpersonal skills (for both guest-facing and internal collaboration)
